This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our UK ETA application service.

1. Introduction

At RoamUp.io Application Services ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide excellent service for UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund of fees paid for our services.

By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding with your application and payment.

2. Fee Structure

Our total fee of £66 consists of:

  • UK Government ETA Fee: £16
  • Service Fee: £50 (for processing, support, and administration)

It's important to understand that these components may be subject to different refund conditions as outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Application Not Submitted to UK Authorities

If we have not yet submitted your application to the UK authorities, you may be eligible for a full refund of the UK Government ETA Fee (£16). Our Service Fee is non-refundable once we have begun processing your application.

3.2 Application Errors

If your application contains errors that were directly caused by our system or staff (not due to information you provided), and these errors result in the rejection of your application, you may be eligible for a full refund of both the UK Government ETA Fee and our Service Fee.

3.3 Application Rejection

If your application is rejected by UK authorities due to information you provided or due to your eligibility status, we cannot offer a refund of either the UK Government ETA Fee or our Service Fee. This is because we will have already performed our service of processing and submitting your application.

3.4 Duplicate Applications

If you accidentally submit and pay for duplicate applications, you may request a refund for the duplicate payment. We will require verification of the duplicate submission.

3.5 Technical Payment Issues

If you experience technical issues during payment that result in multiple charges for the same application, we will refund the duplicate charges once verified.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@roamup.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your application reference number and the email address used for the application
  3. Provide details about why you are requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant supporting documentation

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days
  • Other payment methods may vary in processing time

Please note that your bank or payment provider may have additional processing times that are beyond our control.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information in your application
  • If your application is rejected due to your eligibility status or background
  • If you no longer wish to travel to the UK after your application has been submitted
  • If you have found an alternative service or method to obtain travel authorization
  • If you fail to respond to requests for additional information from UK authorities

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, death of the traveler, or natural disasters preventing travel, we may consider special refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Service after any changes to the Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
